- The request must include: invoice number, project details, and clear reason for refund request.
- MG Technologies Inc will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and provide a resolution within 10 business days.
5. Refund Method & Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on the bank/payment gateway, typically 7–14 business days.
- MG Technologies Inc is not responsible for delays caused by third‑party financial institutions.
6. Dispute Resolution
If a client disagrees with MG Technologies Inc’s decision regarding a refund, they may escalate the matter. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. This jurisdiction clause ensures clarity and consistency in resolving legal matters.
7. Limitation of Liability
MG Technologies Inc’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the disputed service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our software or services.
